PuzzleKoala Privacy Policy

What we collect

Nothing.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information about you or your child. There is no account, no sign-in, and no profile to create.

What stays on your device

So the app can remember where your child left off, PuzzleKoala saves a few things in its own private storage on this iPad:

• which puzzles have been finished
• stickers earned
• a puzzle in progress, if you tapped Save
• your Sound and Edge-first assist settings

That is the complete list. It never leaves the device, and no one else, including us, can see it.

The app does not go online

PuzzleKoala has no internet features at all. It does not connect to any server, ours or anyone else's, and it works exactly the same in Airplane Mode.

There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifier, and no third-party software of any kind inside the app.

What we never ask for

PuzzleKoala never asks for a name, email address, birthday, photo, or location. It does not use the camera, the microphone, your photo library, contacts, or location services.

The app has no text boxes anywhere, so there is nothing for a child to type in.

Children's privacy

PuzzleKoala is made for children. Because the app collects no personal information at all, there is nothing to disclose, sell, or share, and nothing that could identify your child.

Advertising

There are no ads in PuzzleKoala.

If we ever introduce advertising, it would be age-appropriate and would follow Apple's rules for apps made for children. We would update this policy and release an app update before any ad appeared.

Deleting everything

In Parent Settings, tap Reset progress to clear all stickers, finished puzzles, and saved boards.

Deleting the app removes everything it has stored, permanently.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
