Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use PuzzleKoala on devices you own. Please don't copy, resell, rent out, or take the app apart.

The pictures and the koala

All artwork, characters, names, and designs in PuzzleKoala belong to us. They are provided for play inside the app only, and may not be extracted, redistributed, or reused elsewhere.

For parents

PuzzleKoala is designed for children roughly 4 to 10 years old and is meant to be enjoyed with a parent's awareness.

Clearing progress sits behind a simple question, so a younger child cannot wipe the collection by accident.

No purchases, and one link out

PuzzleKoala has no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Nothing in the app can spend money, and there is nothing to unlock.

There is exactly one link out of the app: "More games from us" in Settings, which opens our own website in your browser. It sits behind the parents-only question, so a child cannot reach it alone. Once you follow it you have left PuzzleKoala, and that website's own terms and privacy policy apply there.

Provided as is

We work hard to keep PuzzleKoala stable and pleasant, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the app.

Progress is saved only on this device. We cannot recover it if the device or the app is removed.

Apple's terms also apply

PuzzleKoala is distributed through the App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies alongside these terms. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update them here and change the date at the top.
