1. Using the game

The game is licensed to you, not sold. You may install and play it on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the game or any part of it, except where the law says you may regardless of this agreement.

2. Your progress and in-game items

Coins, Munchers, trails, buddies, titles, arena looks, levels and quests are part of the game, not property, and have no monetary value. They cannot be bought with real money, sold, or exchanged for anything outside the game.

Progress is stored on your device. There is no account and no server copy: if you delete the app, change device, or lose the device, that progress is gone and we cannot recover it.

3. Content may change

The game is updated over time. Munchers, arenas, cosmetics, prices, rewards and the difficulty of the arenas may be added, changed, retired, or rotated seasonally. Items you have earned may be adjusted or replaced as part of that. We will not remove something you own without good reason, but nothing in the game is guaranteed to remain available forever.

4. Fair play

Do not modify the game, tamper with its saved data, or use tools to gain an advantage. If online features are added later, scores or accounts that appear to be manipulated may be reset or removed.

5. No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work well, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will run on every device. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the game is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost progress.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited, including consumer rights in your country.

7. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the game must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the game changes. The current version is published with the app listing; continuing to play after an update means you accept the updated terms.
