Zap Rush Privacy Policy

Zap Rush does not collect anything about you. There is no sign-in of any kind: no accounts, no email, no Apple or Google login. There are no ads, no analytics and no third parties. Everything the game knows (your vehicles, coins, cleared sectors and best scores) stays on your device. None of it ever reaches us.

What we collect

Nothing. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. We do not use analytics or advertising software. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not build a profile of you.

What is stored on your device

The game saves the following on your device so it can remember your progress. None of it is sent to us:

Coins, the vehicles and arenas you have unlocked, and which ones you picked
Sectors you have cleared, games won, and boost levels
Your best score and best streak
Your settings: music, sound effects, vibration, screen shake, screen flash and effects

Deleting the app removes all of it.

Children

Zap Rush is made for children and adults alike. Because the game collects no data at all, there is nothing to consent to and nothing to request the deletion of. There is no chat, no messaging, and no way for one player to see another player's information.

Network access

Zap Rush plays entirely offline and makes no network requests. The one link out of the game is the More Games button in Settings, which opens our website (madebyricci.com) in Safari. Nothing about you is sent when you tap it.

Purchases

There are no in-app purchases and no real money in the game. Coins are earned by playing and have no cash value.

Changes to this policy

If a future version changes any of this, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and will describe exactly what changes and why.
